Can you engrave a different Hebrew verse? Yes, within the space a band allows. Roughly four to five characters per face, so short lines only.
Do these spin properly? That is the part we build for. The tolerance between the outer and inner band is what decides it, and it is where cheap rings cut corners.
Is sterling silver going to tarnish? It will patina over time, which many people like. A cloth brings it back. Stainless steel is the option if you want zero maintenance.
