We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. 

Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

Return Policy
-Returned items must be received within 14 days of purchase.
-Buyer is responsible for return shipping
-There is a restock fee of $10 for gold items and $5 for silver items
-Shipping costs paid are NOT refundable
-No returns or exchanges on any merchandise showing signs of being worn, or damaged.
-Custom made items or with alterations, ex. Engraving, re-sizing, are not subject to refund or exchange.


Important: Custom or personalized orders CANNOT be returned or exchanged. 

Conditions of returns:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What is Checkout+ (REDO)?

When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE.

If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
